Team Leader: Pastor Dave

Purpose: EPIC worship experiences (experience, participate, imagine, connect).
Target: The Crowd (regular attendees, members and non-members).
Ministry:

• Design and plan regular weekend worship services, as well as specially-designed worship experiences for the community of believers.
• Design and implement creative worship experiences for both Traditional and Contemporary worship services.
• Provide for prayer, worship and praise.
• Provide music and resources.
• Encourage others to live lives of worship.

Supports: Worship Leader, musicians, organist, choir and director, sheet music, fill-in preacher, communion and communion supplies, sanctuary decorations and supplies, worship seminars, media / media technicians (sound, video, Sunday Plus, Powerpoint, etc.), piano and organ, drama team, ministry administrative expenses, staff allocation.
