Opportunities to Serve

* Our Junior Church Program is looking for a few folks who would occasionally help facilitate an age-appropriate worship time for children up through 5th grade during our 11:00 worship time. All curriculum is provided, and it would only be once every several months. Sign up in the lobby or see Derek.

* If you are interested in helping to occasionally staff our Nursery, please sign up in the lobby.

Gotta Move! Vacation Bible School!

Cool music! Videos! Jumping ropes! Bible stories! Crafts! Dancing! Snacks! Games! Hula hoops! Join the fun! Invite your friends and neighbors, kids and grandkids!
Trinity Baptist is presenting a Vacation Bible School experience each day, Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21 at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. All kids ages 4 through 5th grade are invited to come and have fun with the Go Fish Guys and "GOTTA MOVE - Keepin' In Step With The Spirit". (You don't need to be a church member, just a kid who wants to have FUN!)
To check out a sample of what it's all about and what some of the fun things will be like, just click on this link:  http://vimeo.com/58025193
Registration forms and reminder cards to share are available in the church lobby, or come a little early to sign up at the registration table on Monday.
Prizes (gift cards) will be awarded to the top two who bring the most friends during the week!
Also, on Sunday, June 23 at 11:00 AM, we will be presenting photos of the kids taken during the event and experiencing a portion of what we did during the week with our congregation, friends and parents. Bring your family so they can see the fun you had!

Watoto Children's Choir to Perform Wednesday, May 22

The WATOTO CHILDREN'S CHOIR from Uganda, Africa, will be performing at Trinity Baptist on Wednesday, May 22, at 7 pm. This is a great treat for us to host these talented children again.
With its genuine appeal, accompanied by music and dance - an energetic fusion of contemporary gospel and traditional African rhythm - the globally acclaimed Watoto Children’s Choir has traveled internationally since 1994 as ambassadors for the millions of children in Africa, orphaned as a result of HIV/AIDS, war and poverty. Each of the children in the choir has suffered the loss of one or both parents. They live in Watoto Children’s Villages where they receive the care and nurture they need to grow up as productive citizens of their country.

Please mark your calendar. If you are interested in hosting an adult team member and 2 children in your homes, please sign up at church.

Salvation Army Bell Ringers

The Salvation Army is again asking us to help them by ringing a bell for a few hours. There will be a sign up sheet in the narthex. Please indicate the best time for you to help. We anticipate an early December date for our work group. However, you may pick a date and time which is convenient for you.
