Please join us as we worship and celebrate this Holy Week:
Thursday 4/21, 7:00 pm - Maundy Thursday (at Trinity - Fellowship Hall):  Get a better understanding of the Last Supper as we fellowship around the table and sample various foods from the Bible days. (Not a dinner.) We will share in communion.
Friday 4/22, 12:00 pm - North Canton Ministerial Association's Community Service (at Walsh University Chapel):  Stations of the Cross will be presented.
Friday 4/22, 7:00 pm - Tenebrae Service (Service of Darkness) (at Trinity):  A powerful and dramatic presentation through music and scripture that will help us to remember the death of Jesus.
Saturday 4/23, 1:00 pm - Easter Egg Hunt (at Trinity - front and side lawns):  Events for two groups: pre-school-2nd grade and 3rd grade-6th grade. Children should bring a basket or a bag.
Sunday 4/24, 6:30 am - Easter Sunday Sunrise Service (at North Lawn Cemetery):  Come as you are! (Pajamas OK!) Go straight back from the entrance to the highest point on the property.
Sunday 4/24, 8:30 am - Easter Breakfast (at Trinity - Fellowship Hall):  Join us for a wonderful meal!
Sunday 4/24, 10:00 am - Easter Sunday Resurrection Service (at Trinity):  A combined worship service (both traditional and contemporary) celebrating the resurrection of Jesus and our promise of eternal life!
Hope to see you at one or all of these great events!

Spring Build Mission Trip to Lebanon (Nashville) Tennessee

Work on April 3-9 to help rebuild homes destroyed by the 2010 flooding. Cost is $10 per day plus your evening meal. You will need to bring your own bedding and towels. If interested, please contact Pastor Jon. Complete details are listed on the Missions bulletin board.

Narthex / Lobby Renovation Project

This project will include wall repairs, new paint, new ceiling tiles and carpet replacement. Check out the display in the lobby. Gifts to the project may be made by placing them in the offering plate (just note "narthex project" on the check or envelope) or put them in the container at the display. In addition, we will need some able hands to help with this project. Contact Mike Eberle for information or to volunteer to help.

Team Leader Meeting

The next meeting of all of the Team Leaders will be Tuesday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Carol Warner’s house. We will be discussing putting our previous plans into action, as well as planning for Good Friday, Easter, Vacation Bible School, and the North Canton Street Festival. Please mark your calendars.

Super Bowl Party!

The Metheney’s have graciously opened up their home to host this year’s Super Bowl party! Festivities start at 6:00 p.m., but you are welcome to arrive anytime (before the game ends). Please bring a dish and drinks to share.

Super Bowl Sunday Football Game

Our annual flag football game between the Old Guys (Team Tylenol – 30 years and older) and the Young Folk will be held on Sunday, February 6 at 3:00 p.m. on the front lawn of the church. Come on out and help lead your team to victory, or just come watch and cheer them on. A warm fire and hot chocolate will be available to keep both your inside and outside toasty. The game will end at 5:00 so everyone will have time to watch the other Super Bowl game later.

Baptism Service

We will be celebrating the baptism of several people during a combined worship service tentatively scheduled for Sunday, February 20 at 11:00 a.m. If you would like to be baptized, or would just like to find out more about baptism and the Christian life, please contact Pastor Jon.

Benevolence Fund

In keeping with its Biblical and charitable goals, Trinity has a Benevolence Fund to provide for the basic necessities of life to persons in our membership and in our community who are in need on an urgent basis. This would include food, shelter (hotel, rent or utilities), clothing, medical care, transportation, or other basic necessities. Pastor Jon is our point of contact for screening individual needs and discerning an appropriate response, and for record-keeping and coordinating with other local churches and agencies providing aid services. Please direct any requests for urgent needs to Pastor Jon.
