Youth Group to attend Dare to Share Conference

The youth will be attending the Dare to Share Conference in Dayton on March 2 and 3. The conference encourages and teaches youth ways to share their faith and stand up for what they believe. Pastor Jon, Steph and Robby Sprouse will be chaperoning. If you are interested, please see Pastor Jon.

Benevolence Fund

In keeping with its Biblical and charitable goals, Trinity has a Benevolence Fund to provide for the basic necessities of life to persons in our membership and in our community who are in need on an urgent basis. This would include food, shelter (hotel, rent or utilities), clothing, medical care, transportation, or other basic necessities. Pastor Jon is our point of contact for screening individual needs and discerning an appropriate response, and for record-keeping and coordinating with other local churches and agencies providing aid services.

New Year's Day Worship

Start the new year off right by joining us for a combined worship service at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1. (There will be no Sunday School.)

Celebrate the birth of Christ in song and scripture on Saturday, Dec. 24 at 7:00 p.m. We will sing carols, hear the Christmas story read from the gospels, listen to a Christmas message from Pastor Jon, and end the evening with a candlelight proclamation of the birth of our Savior.

Free Christmas Concert

Plan now to invite your friends and spend a fun evening enjoying the sounds of the season on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 6:30 p.m. as we present a live Christmas concert! The Trinity Praise Band will play Christmas
favorites as well as traditional carols set to new styles, so you can sing along or just sit back and enjoy the music. Also performing will be soloists and ensembles featuring the viola, hammered dulcimer, flute, and angelic voices – even the kids will be getting into the act! Refreshments will be served after the concert, so come on out for caroling and cookies!

Community Christmas Family Fun Day

Invite your friends and neighbors to join us for a free Community Christmas Family Fun Day on Saturday, Dec. 10. Come anytime from 1:00 to 5:00 for crafts, cookie decorating, family Christmas photos, Christmas stories and movies, and refreshments! Everyone in the family is encouraged to participate, and we will have a parent “rest area” to relax while the kids are busy. Pick up a card in the lobby to pass on to someone you would like to invite.

Christmas - Special Offering

Christmas is a time of year when we are reminded to think beyond ourselves. Just as we celebrate God’s gift to us of His Son and Jesus’ gift of redemption on the cross, please prayerfully consider how your gifts can go to help reach the world for Christ. This Christmas, we are asking our church family to give generously to our Christmas offering above and beyond their normal tithes and weekly offerings. As a church, we have decided to give 10% of all undesignated church offering income to missions, here and around the world.
