Dear Church Family and Friends,

Hopefully, we will be able to join together for an on-line worship experience Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. In other words, we are not canceling Worship, but we are gathering “long distance.”

Please come back here to our Facebook page ( to watch and participate from home. We will be using Facebook LiveStream, so all you would need is your smart phone, or a computer, or your smart TV with internet access to watch and participate. If you can’t join us online at 9:00 a.m., the service will remain posted to view when you are able. We will truly miss your presence in the church building but are blessed to interact and worship digitally with many of you.

This is an unprecedented situation, both in that it is necessary, and also in that we have never done a Livestream service before. So we may encounter some glitches or issues as we learn together - please view with grace (and possibly humor), and allow us some slack as we work through the process.

A few thoughts:

* The Livestream will begin at 9:00 a.m., tomorrow - Sunday, March 22, 2020 - and can be found on Trinity's Facebook page.

* We will begin with a time of worshiping through song, and our Praise Band will lead us.

* We will have our "Prayer and Praises" time during the worship. If you have a praise or a prayer concern for us to include, please text them to my cell phone no later than 8:15 a.m. so that I can include them.

* Encourage your family and friends to gather with us and be a part of worshiping our living Lord. Maybe someone will watch and participate who would not do so normally, and this can be an opportunity for you to witness and share the truth and hope found only in Jesus Christ.

* Just like normal Facebook posts, you can make comments during the service which will be visible to all of those watching. I encourage you to throw in an “Amen” or two, "good point" or "what does he mean by that?" where it might be appropriate. (If you are planning to heckle, I prefer that you do so in person.)

* Also, your ongoing giving to the church is very appreciated. Please continue to send God's tithes and your offerings to the church address (mark your outer envelope “Attn: Financial Secretary” so it will go straight into the safe).

With so many church doors shutting across America, it is time for us to show that the church has never been about the building. WE are the church!

Be safe, be blessed, and bless others. Please utilize this time for increased spiritual activity such as prayer, Bible study, and connecting with others by phone or social media. Especially take time to check in with our older members and family just to make sure that they are doing OK, and to see if they need anything. And we should all prayerfully show our neighbors love and kindness, and promote hope in the world which is through Jesus Christ.

While we are working to adapt in this time of crisis, I am looking forward to the day that we will gather again face to face and hand in hand to Worship our Lord Jesus Christ!

Blessings, grace and peace,

Pastor Steve
