Purpose: Encourage all people toward spiritual maturity – becoming Christ-like.
Ministry:

• Lead members to a deeper spiritual commitment and help them develop to spiritual maturity.
• Recruit, support and encourage teachers.
• Develop, staff, and facilitate all educational classes.
• Provide educational resources – curriculum, devotionals, Bible studies, materials and supplies.
• Facilitate Vacation Bible School in conjunction with Missions Team.
• Plan and execute seminars/events to promote and develop spiritual growth.
• Advertise all classes, discipleship and educational events.
• Assist Youth Director.

Supports: Curriculum, continuing education, church school, Youth Group, church camp, Vacation Bible School.
